Cucumber, 2 (large)
Kale, 1 cup (chopped)
Pineapple, ½ cup (cubed)
Mint, ¼ cup (chopped)
Yellow bell pepper, ¼ cup (chopped)
Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon (freshly squeezed)
Ginger, ¼ inch (grated)
Juice the pineapple and cucumber and keep it aside in a large pitcher. Extract the juice from kale, mint, yellow bell pepper and ginger and combine it with the pineapple and cucumber juice. Add a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir this mixture.
Extract juice from grapes into a glass. Add the apple cider vinegar and cinnamon powder. Stir well. Your grape and apple cider vinegar detox drink is ready.
